Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated on 17 Jan 2025, the following terms are applicable for products that you’ve purchased at www.clubhachi.com.
Interpretation and Definitions
INTERPRETATION
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Club Hachi (Hass Designs Private Limited)
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to clubhachi.com, accessible from https://clubhachi.com/
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or any other entity who is accessing and/or using the service, as applicable.
RETURNS
We have a strict 10 days return policy, whereby you can within first 10 days of the date of receipt of your order, request for return, subject to the terms as mentioned in this policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition, in which the same was delivered, which apart from other, strictly includes, unworn or unused, with unbroken tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return will be accepted only with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However it is specified that if it is observed that the said product was used/utilized by you or has been damaged/broken/subjected to any wear and tear, the company is under no obligation to make refund or replacement.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel the product any time after placing the order only until the product is shipped. In case the cancellation is being made post shipping, the shipping expenditure shall be deducted from the amount so received against the order. Post-cancellation, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCHANGES
In case of exchanges, a new order will be placed for the same product on your behalf and will be delivered to you at the original shipping address once we’ve received and inspected your return. In case of unavailability of the same product variant, you would have an option to either choose another product variant (for e.g. Colour) or request a refund. However, it is specified that if it is observed that the said product was used/utilized by you or has been damaged/broken/subjected to any wear and tear, the company is under no obligation to make refund or replacement.
FOLLOWING RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment (except Cash on Delivery) method within 10 business days. In case of Cash on Delivery, you must provide us with a UPI-linked phone number or bank account detail on customercare@clubhachi.com Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

JURISDICTION
In case of any dispute, the sole & exclusive jurisdiction shall vest with courts/commissions/authority at Dehradun. No other Court/Commission/authority/entity anywhere in India or abroad shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate the said dispute. It is further clarified that in case of any claim the maximum liability shall be subject to the amount of the product so delivered and there shall be no claim of interest/damages/harassment/legal expenses.
